Reid Canada, a Subsidiary of Consolidated Container Company, to Acquire Deltapac Packaging

ATLANTA--()--Reid Canada, a subsidiary of Consolidated Container Company, is excited to announce that it has acquired the assets of Deltapac Packaging, located in Montreal, Quebec. Deltapac is a leading manufacturer of plastic bottles servicing the specialty chemical, cosmetic, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Patrick Keese, Senior Vice President and General Manager of CCC’s Consumer/Industrial Group, stated, “This acquisition expands CCC’s footprint in Canada as well as product offerings in the chemical, sanitation, and food industries, and increases our exposure in the pharmaceutical packaging market.
