NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As previously announced, KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) completed its conversion from a Delaware limited partnership to a Delaware corporation on July 1, 2018.

In addition, KKR also announced details regarding its upcoming Investor Day. Investor Day will be held for common stockholders and analysts on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm ET. The day will feature presentations by KKR’s business leaders.
