DELRAY BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jesse Shade has joined Tower MSA Partners as its director of information technology. Shade oversees all aspects of Tower’s technologies, including data security, systems architecture, disaster recovery, and business continuity, as well as the management, maintenance, and upgrades of its proprietary software.

A senior information systems professional, Shade has more than 35 years of experience in the design and development of technology solutions for various industries, including insurance, healthcare, hospitality, banking, and government. Most recently, he was the director of information technology for Solstice Benefits, Inc.
