GERMANTOWN, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Senseonics Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: SENS) a medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of Eversense®, a long-term, implantable continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system for people with diabetes, today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of its common stock for proceeds of $130.0 million, before deducting estimated offering expenses payable by Senseonics. All of the shares sold in the offering were sold by Senseonics. The offering is expected to close on June 28, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, Senseonics has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $19.5 million of shares of its common stock.
