SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--San Antonio-based Dura Holdings, Inc. announces the acquisition of Utah-based Moki Mobility, Inc. Moki is the market-leader in administration software for the deployment and management of single-purpose mobile devices at any scale. Moki-managed Android and iOS devices are often used in applications like kiosks and handheld devices.

As part of the acquisition, the headquarters for Moki will relocate from Utah to San Antonio. The company expects to keep a presence in the Salt Lake City area.
