His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating business development opportunities both domestically and internationally, including analyzing competitive and market trends, developing and managing strategic partnerships, acquisition identification and integration and organic growth strategies.

Martino brings over 35 years of experience in workers’ compensation and managed care to the position. He is the former President and CEO of Broadspire Services, Inc. He started his career with Travelers Insurance Company in management positions within systems, underwriting, claims, and managed care. Martino also spent time at The Hartford as part of its third-party administrator, Specialty Risk Services, where he served as Senior Vice President of Account Management and Chief Financial Officer before joining Broadspire.
