SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KCI, an Acelity Company, today announced the U.S. launch of the Nurse2Nurse (N2N) Mobile App, a one-of-a-kind digital community by and for wound care nurses. Developed in close collaboration with leading professionals around the country, the N2N App is a HIPAA-compliant closed clinical community where nurses can ask questions and share credible insights and information with trusted peers.

The N2N platform is led by nurse leaders who pose industry relevant discussions and questions to the N2N community. During the past six months, more than 500 clinicians have participated in the pilot phase and contributed suggestions and improvements incorporated by KCI in preparation prior to launch. Conversations in the App are completely managed by wound care nurses and moderators.
