WHO |
Blue Apron, known for delivering incredible meal experiences, presents Unboxed: a series of pop-up events intended to bring communities across the country together in celebration of home cooking. The series––which will take place in multiple cities across the country––comes to New York City with a short-term experiential retail location open to the public through June. NYC is the only city that will have an experiential retail location of this kind.

WHAT |
Starting May 29, the pop-up will be open to New Yorkers to explore Blue Apron's products including its new "grab and go" offering which is available for purchase. Pop-up shop visitors can also experience unique programming, such as cooking classes and panel discussions with notable chefs including Sam Kass, Marco Canora, Tamar Adler, Agatha Kulaga & Erin Patinkin, and Colu Henry. |
|
The majority of activities will be free of charge except cooking classes which will cost a small fee. Blue Apron will donate all the proceeds from the cooking classes to City Harvest, the world’s first food rescue organization, dedicated to feeding the nearly 1.3 million New Yorkers facing hunger. |
