Genex Becomes National Kids’ Chance Partner

Agreement extends company’s longtime commitment to leading workers’ comp charity

WAYNE, Pa.--()--After years of supporting chapters on the state level, Genex Services has agreed to become a national partner of Kids’ Chance of America (KCOA). The new partnership will enable Kids’ Chance to further its efforts to create a presence in all 50 states by providing national visibility, financial support and best practices to each state organization.

Known in the industry as the leading charitable organization in workers’ comp, Kids’ Chance provides educational opportunities and scholarships to children of workers seriously injured or killed on the job. By investing in the future of these children, Kids’ Chance and its partners provide them with tools and opportunities to be successful in the workplace so they can make a difference in their own and other people’s lives.

To join the Kids’ Chance of America Partnership Program, companies must commit to a minimum contribution annually over four years. By partnering nationally with Kids’ Chance, Genex extends its commitment to helping change lives of families affected by a serious workplace injury.

“Genex has supported Kids’ Chance for over a decade, starting with the Pennsylvania chapter, which was one of the earliest state KCOA organizations,” said Peter Madeja, Genex’s CEO. “Genex shares the commitment of Kids’ Chance to improve the lives of injured workers and their families, and this national partnership broadens our efforts to assist in that endeavor. We’re proud to be associated with an organization that does so much for children who have endured the traumatic life event of a parent who has experienced a catastrophic injury.”

Since its inception in 1988, Kids’ Chance organizations across the country have collectively awarded over 6,000 scholarships totaling over $18 million. For more information on Kids’ Chance, visit their website at www.kidschance.org.
