DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced the appointments of Paola Arbour as senior vice president and chief information officer and Marie Quintana as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Both executives will have enterprise-wide responsibility for their respective functions and report directly to Ron Rittenmeyer, executive chairman and CEO.

Biographical Information (Paola Arbour)
Ms. Arbour has more than 30 years of experience in IT operations. She joins Tenet from ProV International, a software development and managed services company, where she most recently served as president of the ServiceNow business unit. While at ProV, Ms. Arbour designed and built the ServiceNow Global business unit responsible for creating sales and delivery for the partnership. Prior to that, Ms. Arbour was a vice president of Professional Services Delivery for ServiceNow, leading over 400 technical and process specialists designing and implementing the ServiceNow Platform for customers worldwide. Previously, Ms. Arbour served as vice president of Service Delivery at Dell Services, leading over 5,000 global technical and engineering team members in managing the outsourced IT services of healthcare and commercial clients. She also worked at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) for more than 25 years, serving in several leadership roles within IT operations – both at the company’s headquarters in Plano, Texas, and also at international locations in London and Frankfurt. Ms. Arbour has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University.
Biographical Information (Marie Quintana)
Ms. Quintana has over 30 years of corporate experience, including more than two decades serving in executive leadership roles. She spent 14 years with PepsiCo, most recently as senior vice president of multicultural sales and marketing, where she drove brand-building strategies, retail activation programs and community initiatives within the company’s multicultural markets. At PepsiCo, Ms. Quintana also served as vice president of Technology and vice president of Global IT Strategy. Prior to PepsiCo, she worked at Perot Systems in various capacities, including as director of Global People Programs and Change Management. Ms. Quintana began her career at IBM, where she spent 13 years focused on technology transformation.
Ms. Quintana joins Tenet from the Quintana Group, where she served as CEO and advised numerous clients on growth initiatives, organizational transformation, and diversity programs. She has also served as an advisor to several digital start-up companies focused on consumer demand. Ms. Quintana has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in social work from Tulane University. She serves on the board of directors of Catholic Charities Dallas.
