LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Kristi Drew has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader in its Life Sciences and Financial practices. She will be based in the firm’s Princeton office.
Ms. Drew has more than two decades of consulting experience in talent management and development strategies, total rewards strategy, employee engagement, M&A integration activities, and risk mitigation. She has experience leading global teams across various practice lines, working with Fortune 500 organizations, state, and union groups.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Drew was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Aon. Previously, she worked at Prudential, Towers Perrin and Lord Abbett.
