DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--T-System, Inc. has hired Steve DeCosta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). DeCosta will partner with the executive team in the day-to-day financial operations and in developing the financial and operating strategy for the Company, helping its two businesses function optimally as the company pursues its aggressive growth strategy.

DeCosta joins T-System from Research Now, a digital data collection company, where he oversaw finance, accounting, tax and treasury. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade in financial leadership positions with THQ Inc. and Advanced Structures Inc. He began his career in public accounting as a licensed CPA.
