Happy Returns Opens 100th Return Bar® Location

Start-Up Expanding Network of Return Locations From 50 to 220 During 2018 to Accept In-Person Returns for Online Shoppers

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--()--Happy Returns, a technology, service, and logistics provider for online retailers, today announced the opening of the 100th Return Bar® location in its nationwide network. The new Return Bar, located at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, is the third Westfield mall in Los Angeles and the eighth Westfield property nationwide to offer the Happy Returns service. Overall, Happy Returns’ network is set to grow from 50 return locations in January of this year to more than 220 locations by the end of 2018.

In addition to its relationship with Westfield, Happy Returns also partners with other top mall properties as well as regional and national chain stores and independent boutiques. Location partners receive the benefit of qualified foot traffic into these retail locations. As previously reported, location partners in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago are converting 25-50% of first-time returners during the same visit.

The Company’s 100 Return Bar locations span 18 different metro areas in the U.S, including 14 of the largest 15 cities by population. A full list of available Return Bars can be found on the company’s website at happyreturns.com/locator.

To complete a return through the service, shoppers simply bring items from participating retailers such as Everlane, Eloquii, UNTUCKit, Carbon38 and others to the concierge desk of participating Westfield properties, with no boxes or receipts required. The Westfield concierge team uses the Happy Returns system to accept the return and initiate a refund on behalf of the customer.

Happy Returns will celebrate the 100th Return Bar milestone with a launch event on Saturday, May 12th from 11a-5p. The first shoppers returning products to Century City will receive mall gift cards and other fun incentives. The Concierge desk at Westfield Century City is located on Level 1, near Macy’s and across from Sephora, and is open Mon-Thu from 10a-9p, Fri-Sat from 10a-10p and Sun from 11a-7p.
