CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--F-Prime Capital Partners, a global venture capital firm focused on investments in life sciences, healthcare and technology, today announced that Parker Moss has joined the firm as entrepreneur-in-residence. Parker will be based in London and will focus on health technology investments and company-creation activities.

Prior to joining F-Prime, Parker spent five years with the National Health Service (NHS), most recently as chief technology officer of Virgin Care, the UK’s largest provider of NHS community services. He also led the digital strategy and roadmap for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. Prior to that, Parker held senior positions in the telecom sector, including vice president of strategy and marketing at Alcatel Lucent, head of strategy for GSMA, and was a member of the UK Prime Minister’s Strategy unit as a lead in the Digital Britain project, focusing on national telecom policy.
