REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Box (NYSE:BOX) today announced that it is joining with Workplace by Facebook and Okta to form the Future of Work Council, a working group of leaders, including both senior IT and HR executives at enterprises from various industries focused on rethinking the culture, skills, organization and technology required to enable the future of work in the digital age. The Future of Work Council will meet regularly to review research, share ideas and develop best practices for enabling, managing and securing the digital workplace. The inaugural meeting will take place this week from May 9-10.

The Future of Work Council is co-hosted by Box, Workplace by Facebook and Okta and will convene this week at Box headquarters in Redwood City, CA and Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park, CA. The meeting will include industry and academic experts on the digital workplace, technology leaders and a moderated member exchange of best practices.
