The acquisition of QuickMobile, with its 100 employees, will broaden and deepen Cvent’s already world-class mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach in the marketplace through QuickMobile’s extensive partner network. The acquisition is expected to close before the end of May 2018.
