The Midtown Group Announces Executive Appointments, Preps for Dramatic Growth Surge

Leading Recruiting Firm Plans to Triple Its Revenue during the Next Three Years

WASHINGTON--()--The Midtown Group, a leading recruiting firm in the heart of the nation’s capital, has announced several executive appointments, expanded capabilities to meet the needs of its customers, and significantly upgraded its infrastructure in preparation for a dramatic, purposeful surge in growth.

The appointments include the following:

  • David Fout, Chairman of the Board of Advisors
  • Jim Boyd, Executive Vice President of Sales
  • Patrick Smith, Senior Controller
  • Jeni Atlan, Director of Recruiting

The organizational changes include the creation of a Board of Advisors and the new EVP of Sales position, a more customer-focused alignment of divisions, and an upgraded back-office infrastructure including accounting, sales management, and candidate tracking systems as well as additional numerous technology enhancements.

“Most importantly, we are expanding our offerings to meet the needs of our clients,” said Helen Stefan Moreau, President and CEO of The Midtown Group. “In addition to a number of new labor categories, Midtown will be formally launching its full-service Call Center Operations offering in response to customer demand.”

“We’ve always had steady growth, thanks in large part to our dedicated team. But it’s now time to push the envelope and reach far more impressive milestones,” Stefan Moreau continued. “We’re targeting a surge in growth—a 30% compounded year-over-year increase—in the next three to five years. These leadership and infrastructure changes will help drive that growth.”
