DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JupiterMLP, LLC (“Jupiter”), a privately held midstream company that provides Permian-Delaware Basin producers and gas plants with crude oil and plant condensate logistics and offtake solutions, today announced that Albert Johnson has joined the Company’s leadership team as Executive Vice President of Business Development.
Formerly the Vice President of Business Development for Navigator Energy Services, Mr. Johnson is an industry veteran with extensive experience in identifying, analyzing and negotiating commercial projects in the energy sector.
In his role as Jupiter’s EVP of Business Development, Johnson will be responsible for driving all strategic business development efforts and asset management activities related to Jupiter’s operations in the Permian Basin. He will be instrumental in driving Jupiter’s business forward with respect to providing crude oil marketing, logistics, and processing solutions to customers.
Prior to joining Navigator, he was the director of business development for Sunoco Logistics Partners LP, where he participated in contract negotiations resulting in pipeline and terminal projects totaling more than $3 billion. Johnson also served on the board of directors of West Texas Gulf Pipe Line Company and the management committee for SunVit Pipeline LLC.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on finance from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
