25,000 square feet of office space. Namely plans to expand its Atlanta
office footprint to up to 100,000 square feet over the next few years.

Two
Houston-based energy giants could be entering a major land deal soon.
Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) is "evaluating" the acquisition
of ConocoPhillips' (NYSE: COP) former campus at 600 N. Dairy Ashford in
the Energy Corridor, according to an internal memo sent March 27
obtained by the Houston Business Journal.
