PARK CITY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PREP Property Group Inc. ("PREP" or the "Company"), a vertically integrated real estate company focused on creating value in retail real estate, announced today that Numa Jerome has joined the Company as its Vice President of Leasing. Mr. Jerome will work closely with Sara Brennan, Partner & Chief Operating Officer; Roy Williams, Chief Investment Officer; and Mark Wilhoite, Chief Development Officer, in this leadership role.

Prior to joining PREP, Mr. Jerome served as Senior Vice President, East Coast Leasing of Combined Properties. He served in the United States Army Reserve from 1986 - 1992 and he began his real estate career in 1993 as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Leasing Representative with Combined. He subsequently held senior positions at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Edens & Avant. Mr. Jerome returned to Combined Properties in 2008 where he led merchandising and leasing for their East Coast portfolio including 3.3 million square feet of neighborhood, community and mixed-use redevelopments. He led a team of more than 6 professionals with responsibilities including leasing, construction and tenant coordination.
Mr. Jerome is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He received a BA in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
