An internationally acclaimed standard for information security management, the ISO certification (BSI ISO 27001:2013) is considered the platinum standard of excellence in protecting information and ensuring it is secured in a consistent manner.
Following ISO standards enables WebPT to manage the security of all its sensitive data, including financial information, employee and patient details, medical record data, and customer data hosted by WebPT’s third-party vendors and partners. The addition of the ISO certification — along with WebPT’s existing compliance safeguards — demonstrates the company’s focus on, and commitment to, data security for its more than 10,000 clinics and 79,000 members.
