Graebel Earns No. 1 Customer Satisfaction Ranking for Relocation Services

Independent industry survey also affirms Graebel’s breadth of mobility services

DENVER--()--Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of workforce mobility solutions for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 firms, is ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction for relocation services in the 2018 HRO Today Magazine Baker’s Dozen survey.

This is the fifth time Graebel has earned first place in the customer satisfaction relocation category, while also consistently ranking in the top-tier of this independent survey of human resource and talent management for the past 10 years.

The HRO Today ratings for relocation service excellence are measured on customer surveys in three areas: breadth of service features, deal sizes and quality of services. Respondents confirmed Graebel offered the broadest scope of services and handled larger projects than all other relocation management companies under consideration, while also achieving the highest overall customer service satisfaction rating.

For the survey, HR and talent management professionals completed confidential questionnaires on their experiences with their relocation management company. HRO Today calculated scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores.
