STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JBL, a leading audio brand by HARMAN, and the New York Knicks announce the launch of a new charity initiative. As part of the ongoing ‘Sync the 3’ partnership program between JBL and the Knicks, JBL will donate three audio products to local youth organizations that support music and tech for every three point shot a Knicks player ‘syncs’ from March 1 throughout April 2018.
The following community nonprofits will receive donated JBL headphones and JBL GO portable, wireless speakers as part of the charity initiative:
- Garden of Dreams Foundation: An organization that works with The Madison Square Garden Company and MSG Networks, Inc. to provide unforgettable experiences for children facing obstacles.
- Little Kids Rock: The nation’s leading nonprofit provider of musical instruments, instruction, and curricular resources rooted in popular music to public schools, creating highly inclusive, culturally responsive, student centered learning.
- Best Buy Teen Tech Centers: These centers operate year-round and offer free after-school resources where underserved teens experience new technology, collaborate with one another and explore future education and career opportunities.
