Under the agreement, ContactRelief will include Bluefire’s PowerOutage.US data as one of the information sources it monitors to create real-time disaster decision recommendations. ContactRelief aggregates and analyzes data from multiple sources to deliver real-time disaster information to help shape contact center engagement strategies during times of natural or man-made disaster.
