AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kasasa®, an award-winning financial technology and marketing technology provider, has been named as one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Financial Technology by American Banker and Best Companies Group.
The 2018 Best Places to Work in Financial Technology award honors the best employers in the fintech sector leading the industry in workplace and business practices. This award is given to fintech companies in the United States that demonstrate the capability to create a workforce of happy and engaged employees who enthusiastically propel the companies to better performance. Notably, the award relies heavily on employee feedback in addition to information about how the companies are benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce and businesses. Kasasa was named the second best workplace out of the 20 ranked.
To determine the list of honorees, American Banker asked companies across the United States to complete a survey evaluating workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. Employees were also asked to complete a survey in which employees responded to 78 questions using a 5-point scale. The employee responses were weighted as 75 percent of the total evaluation. The Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
