Kasper as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Kasper joins iboss during a period of rapid growth for the company and will leverage his experience helping companies scale to meet increasing customer demands.
Prior to joining iboss, Kasper was President and CEO of Harvest Power, Inc., an organics sustainability company named five times to the Global Cleantech 100 and one of Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies. He has also served as CFO of several companies, including The Princeton Review, Inc., a global education and test preparation company. At both companies, Kasper developed a passion and expertise for building the capabilities of mid-size businesses that were at the leading edge of their respective industries.
In addition to his experience at Harvest Power and The Princeton Review, Kasper has worked with companies in several industries, including retail and consumer commercial goods, which will benefit iboss as it continues to expand its commercial business.
