NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--L3 Technologies (NYSE:LLL) announced today that it has established International Boards dedicated to supporting and growing L3’s military and commercial business in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. These organizations will oversee the development of and promote strategic initiatives in their respective regions that advance L3’s competitive position and growth opportunities in the global marketplace.

- L3 Technologies Australia Group Pty Ltd will be led by its new Managing Director, Alan Titheridge, and will build on L3’s strong track record of delivering advanced technologies and support to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) across land, sea and air domains, and growing L3’s in-country workforce and supplier base.
- L3 Technologies Canada Group Inc. will be led by its new Chair, Richard Foster, and will focus on expanding L3’s customer base across a diverse product line, which includes innovative EO/IR equipment and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and in-service support for the Royal Canadian Air Force, as well as integrating communication and platform management systems for a broad range of naval vessels. Additionally, L3 is a key supplier in support of the Canadian Surface Combatant initiative.
- L3 Technologies UK Group Ltd. will be led by its new Managing Director, Ronald Cook, and will expand L3’s ISR systems work as well as seamless and affordable pilot training and resourcing solutions to the global commercial and military aviation training marketplace, supported by state-of-the-art simulation technologies that meet the needs of an evolving outsourcing trend in aviation training by the world’s leading airlines.
