FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Broward Health has announced the addition of Kiera Page, MLER as the new corporate chief human resources officer.

With more than 12 years of comprehensive human resources experience in healthcare, Page will direct the day-to-day operations of the regional human resources department for recruitment, development and retention programs. In her new role, she will provide direction and support to regional management in the following activities: compensation and benefits, employment, training, and employee relations. She will also assist in developing and overseeing programs designed to attract, retain and motivate Broward Health employees.
Most recently she was Director of Human Resources at Jackson North Medical Center in Miami. In that role, she provided leadership and direction for all human resources functions for Jackson North Medical Center, providing communication and interface to more than 9,000 employees operating six hospital centers, multiple primary care and specialty centers, several school-based clinics, two long-term care nursing facilities, six corrections health services clinics, and a network of mental-health facilities.
Page has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Kean University in Union, New Jersey and a Master of Labor & Employment Relations from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
