RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Majestic Kitchen & Bath Creations (“Majestic”) today announced its acquisitions of Greensboro, North Carolina-based Piedmont Marble and Tiffany Marble & Glass Co. As part of the company’s strategic plan to increase market share throughout the Carolinas, this investment will extend Majestic’s brand presence and its products and services beyond eastern North Carolina. Majestic expects to complete the acquisition by January 2, 2018, with full integration by March 1, 2018.
To meet growing demand for comprehensive product portfolios and solutions, Majestic will introduce its extensive marble and glass product line into Piedmont Marble and Tiffany Glass & Marble’s current offerings. Additionally, customers will see expanded kitchen and bath area solutions represented by Majestic’s granite and solid surface products.
The acquisitions will expand Majestic’s existing countertop showroom locations in Raleigh and Wilmington into Greensboro.
Forecasting strong growth, Majestic is making strategic investments to expand its presence in the Carolinas. In September 2017, the company hired Scott Byers as its new president and chief executive officer. Byers is an experienced business transformation executive who formerly led EDM, one of the nation’s leading information solutions providers. At Majestic, Byers is leading the family-run company’s transition to a professionally managed enterprise with focus on advancing Majestic’s growth and market expansion.

Majestic will consolidate the operations and showrooms of Tiffany Marble & Glass into Piedmont Marble’s existing Greensboro facility, located at 3326 Pleasant Garden Road. The Greensboro customer showroom will be renovated to showcase Majestic’s expanded full line of stone surface, marble and glass products.
