WRK Systems’ capabilities complement the more than 40 years of technology services experience currently offered by Scantron while providing additional expertise for small-to-medium sized businesses in the financial services and healthcare sectors.
Scantron has experienced significant growth in its Technology Services business and has been focused on expanding its managed IT services in recent years. To further accelerate this growth, Scantron acquired P&L Technologies, Inc. in 2016 and has continued to explore additional acquisitions. By acquiring WRK Systems, Inc., the company further strengthens its position as a pre-eminent technology services provider in the U.S.
