AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kony, Inc., the leading enterprise mobility and digital applications company, today announced the appointment of Kathy Crusco as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Kathy is Austin-based and will assume her duties effective immediately.
Crusco is a highly accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience in the software and technology industries, leading both emerging businesses and large-scale billion-dollar public organizations. Crusco also brings a wealth of experience and expertise in finance and planning, tax, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury, in addition to broad operational experience in the software and technology industry.
Prior to joining Kony, Crusco served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Epicor Software Corp. Under her leadership and during her 10 year tenure, Epicor grew substantially through a series of strategic acquisitions and delivered a steady stream of improved performance and operating margins. Crusco was instrumental in orchestrating and executing the sale of Epicor to KKR in 2016. Kathy currently serves as a director on the Calix, Inc. and Mitchell International board of directors.
