FAIRFIELD, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cambridge is pleased to announce Teri Bockting has been promoted to vice president of Human Resources. In this role, she serves as the senior level advisor to Cambridge management and associates on all human resource related matters, while contributing to the implementation of the firm’s service standards and initiatives.

Bockting joined Cambridge in 2014 with more than 20 years of comprehensive human resource experience, with an emphasis in employee engagement, talent acquisition, benefit administration, 401(k) plan administration, and workers compensation. Prior to joining Cambridge, she served as a member of the Henry County Economic Development Commission, chairperson of Henry County Business Support Committee, and held leadership positions in the Mt. Pleasant Area Human Resource Association.
Bockting earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa. Additionally, she holds the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®), Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®), and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional® (SHRM-SCP®) designations.
