Matt will be overseeing all areas pertaining to people, process and culture at Hometeam, and will play a critical partnership role with the CEO regarding future growth and direction. The company has also strengthened its healthcare and technology expertise at the leadership level with the addition of Julie Stern to the role of Chief Technology Officer. Julie will lead all aspects of engineering, product and design.

Matt Marcotte has joined the company as its first-ever President. Matt brings a strong track record of building, scaling and operating businesses by focusing long term strategies around transforming people, process and culture. In his time at Apple, Matt doubled its retail presence in North America while growing the retail team from 10,000 employees to 25,000. As EVP of Direct to Consumer at Tory Burch, Matt led the business to 5x the retail presence globally.

Julie Stern has extensive experience in healthcare and brings her unique vision of engineering, product and design to Hometeam. Julie was most recently the Chief Technology Officer at Accolade, overseeing all aspects of technology and product operations. Prior to that, Julie was the co-founder and CTO of konciergeMD, which was acquired by Accolade. Julie’s unique vision for creating user centric technology has been consistent throughout her 15+ years in the healthcare industry. At konciergeMD, she focused on creating a more collaborative and engaging relationship between doctors and patients - which was an industry leader in patient engagement. She used the same methodology at Accolade by helping Health Assistants focus on the patient’s most valuable insights to improve the speed and effectiveness of the customer relationship.
