LONG BEACH, Calif.--()--Prominent executives of American Lending Center (ALC) - a subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group - received two prestigious awards this month from leading industry publication The Coleman Report. The recipients will be honored at an awards ceremony held in December in Washington, D.C.

ALC Chief Executive Officer John Shen became one of five elite winners of the “2017 Coleman SBA 504 Lender of the Year Award,” recognized for his brilliance in innovating ALC’s approach to EB-5 lending. Chief Operating Officer Stella Zhang, who has worked alongside Shen to play an integral role in ALC’s growing success, was awarded the “2017 Coleman Emerging Leader Award,” one of ten influential industry players to receive the recognition.

“I am honored to accept this award on behalf of ALC, a company I am proud to represent in the EB-5 lending market,” remarked Shen. “Our team works non-stop to improve lending opportunities for small businesses and our success with American job creation will only continue to grow.”

Acting as a third-party EB-5 lender for small businesses in American communities, ALC works to increase employment opportunities across the country while investing in pioneering ventures.

“It is truly an honor to receive this award, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead ALC in maximizing its potential as a top lending center in the country,” stated Zhang.
