JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EverBank, a division of TIAA, FSB, announced that John Porath, NMLS 1179289, has joined the retail lending division as a senior vice president, division sales manager. Porath is located in Charlotte, NC. He will offer residential mortgage solutions to local customers and build awareness of EverBank’s products and programs in the Southeast Region. Porath will manage Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
Porath has 28 years of mortgage industry experience, most recently working as a vice president, regional executive for PHH Mortgage. In this role, Porath was responsible for the production, profitability and overall performance of the Southeast region, encompassing more than 160 employees in 7 states and the District of Columbia. He has also worked for Citizens Bank, First American Mortgage Services & JP Morgan Chase.
