NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Women’s Insights on the Art of Negotiation Summit, also known as the WIN Summit, announces its third annual event will be held on May 2, 2018 at the New York Athletic Club in NYC.

Founded by The Negotiation Institute, WIN Summit is a powerful, educational, professional development conference tailored to the advancement of professional women through negotiation skills. WIN Summit brings together leaders from both industry and academia, to provide attendees with today’s most advanced tools, strategies, and techniques in negotiation. Previous speakers have included former Secretary of the Air Force, Deborah Lee James, Executive Director of the National Basketball Player’s Association, Michele A. Roberts, former Chairman of Hearst Magazine, Cathie Black, and President of American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, Randi Weingarten.
Joining this year as academic coordinator is Dr. Beth Fisher-Yoshida, Director of the Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. Additionally, Dr. Fisher-Yoshida is Co-Chair of AC4, the Advanced Consortium of Cooperation, Conflict, and Complexity, and frequently consults for the United Nations, private industry and nonprofit organizations on intercultural communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, peace building, and transformative learning.

This year’s summit will be held on May 2, from 8 AM to 6 PM. The agenda includes three (3) keynote presentations, six (6) breakout sessions, and twelve (12) experiential workshops, delivered by top academics and iconic leaders of industry, a day-long one on one coaching corner and many networking opportunities. New to this year’s program are industry-specific tracks curated for women in the industries of law, finance, and insurance. Most sessions are CLE accredited.
