As CRO, Spencer will continue the growth of Global Upside’s portfolio of services that include accounting, international expansion, talent acquisition, and professional employer organization (PEO) in 100+ countries. Spencer will also help the company grow its newly-launched HR software division Mihi.

Spencer has over 20 years’ experience in sales management and partner development. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Pluralsight, where he led the group’s international expansion into Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America. Spencer helped Pluralsight achieve a compounded annual growth rate of over 80%. Previously at Marketstar, an Omnicon Group company, Spencer assisted small to Fortune 500 companies establish their global footprint and operations overseas.
