BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quorum Health Corporation (NYSE:QHC) announced today that an affiliate of the Company has signed a definitive agreement to sell 72-bed L.V. Stabler Memorial Hospital in Greenville, Alabama and its associated assets, to The Health Care Authority of the City of Greenville – L.V. Stabler Hospital, an Alabama Public Corporation. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017.
