Vendors unable to bring the flexibility customers require to their cloud offerings are falling behind, as industry best practices are no longer reserved for on-premise legacy systems.
This Value Matrix evaluates ERP market vendors based on their product usability and functionality, based on the value that customers realize from the capabilities of the product.
