CAROL STREAM, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--M&M Event Rentals ("M&M") today announced the recapitalization of Marquee Event Group (Austin, TX). This strategic acquisition is the sixth since partnering with Dubin Clark & Company, Inc. ("Dubin Clark") in February 2016. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
