GFF’s Sustainability Report, which is now in its eighth edition, was developed in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting standards and was verified by Honduras’ Foundation for Social Responsibility (FUNDAHRSE), which is part of GRI’s Gold community. GFF’s sustainability goals are also aligned to the United Nation’s Global Compact (UNGC) and this report serves as an internal measure of GFF’s progress against the UNGC’s Ten Principles.
GFF’s 2016 report also includes the results and conclusions from a Social Dialogue, which encompasses the expectations and perceptions of different audiences, particularly as they relate to customer service.
