NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Broadhaven Capital Partners (“Broadhaven”), a leading independent investment bank serving the financial services sector, announced today that Todd G. Owens has joined the firm as a Partner.
Mr. Owens was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Street Finance Corp, a specialty finance company with over $3 billion in assets that invests in private middle-market companies.
Previously, Todd spent over 20 years at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where he was a Partner and served as both Head of the West Coast Financial Institutions Group and Head of the Specialty Finance Group.
His expertise spans a broad range of financial industries, including commercial finance, asset management, alternative asset management, commercial banking and business development companies. Over the course of his career, Todd has advised on billions in completed M&A transactions and financings, including some of the largest commercial bank mergers and financings for industry leaders in alternative asset management.
