(WhamTech), a Dallas-based software company providing a comprehensive distributed data virtualization, federation, integration, master data management, analytics, and security platform, announced today new additions to its Board of Directors, including members of several high-profile organizations. David Muntz of StarBridge Advisors, Jeff McCausland of Diamond6 Leadership and Strategy, and Michael O’Hanlon of OliverMcMillan join WhamTech’s Board of Directors to help guide the company through anticipated rapid growth.

David Muntz is Principal and Co-Founder at StarBridge Advisors, a Dallas-based strategic health care IT advisory firm. He was formerly the Principle Deputy for HHS/ONC and CIO for Baylor Health Care System, Texas Health Resources and Presbyterian Health System. He is also currently an adjunct faculty member at Baylor University, a Principal at Muntz and Company, and a Board member at GetWellNetwork and AHIMA. In addition, he has worked with a variety of companies including HITRUST Alliance LLC and GetWellNetwork, and was a member of CHIME and HIMSS until 2015. He also has experience with the US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), and served as VP and CIO at Presbyterian Healthcare System. David’s experience in innovation at the intersection of health care and technology brings an important knowledge-base to WhamTech’s board.

Jeff McCausland is Founder and CEO of Diamond6 Leadership and Strategy, a professional training and coaching firm that brings clients and individuals success. Jeff is a visiting professor at Dickinson College focused on American national security, policy, leadership, and organizational development. He is a Senior Fellow at Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, Adjunct Fellow at RAND Corporation, and a National Security Consultant for CBS Radio and Television. Over his career, he has been a visiting professor at a several colleges and is a retired Colonel of the United States Army, where he served for 30 years. Jeff’s military background coupled with his international and policy expertise bring a breadth of knowledge and leadership capabilities to WhamTech’s board.
Michael O’Hanlon is Chief Operating Officer at OliverMcMillan and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and executive committee. Prior to OliverMcMillan, Michael had nearly 40 years of real estate experience, such as asset management, brokerage, capital markets, and significant transactions. He has directed two major U.S. Real estate companies valued at approximately $6 billion and $11 billion respectively and served recently as CEO and President of both Billingsley Company and Inland Western Retail REIT. Michael also served in the US Army as a First Lieutenant. Michael’s knowledge of asset management and national security will be an asset to WhamTech’s board as it relates to the government technology space.
