ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Vomela Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota announced it has acquired the visual merchandising division of the former Graphic Systems Group (GSG), based in New York City. The acquired assets will operate as part of C2 Imaging, LLC a unit of The Vomela Companies.
GSG will continue to provide visual merchandising services to its clients via C2 Imaging. GSG’s visual merchandising manager, Ruben Pimentel, stated: “We are honored to be part of The Vomela Companies. This partnership will allow us to provide extended services to our faithful clients.”
C2 Imaging has a longstanding stake in the New York metro area. This strategic procurement allows C2 the opportunity to add an additional location and strengthen current operations.
