This figure is down 3 percent compared to $40.7 million in April of 2016. Handle for the month was $510.5 million, up 2.9 percent from the $496.3 million wagered in the same month in 2016.
Foxwoods’ contribution to the Connecticut Special Revenue Fund in April 2017 is $10.5 million, bringing the cumulative contribution to the state since Foxwoods opened in 1992 to over $3.9 billion.
