LAS VEGAS & VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eigen Development Ltd., a leading provider of managed payment solutions for the restaurant, hospitality and retail industries in North America, has completed a validated integration of its MiraServ® solution to the Oracle Payments Interface (OPI), to enable secure credit card transactions to Oracle Hospitality MICROS customers.
MiraServ supports both wired and wireless Pay at the Table devices, and enables acceptance of EMV contact and contactless NFC payments, such as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. MiraServ P2PE has been validated and listed with the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) ensuring the highest level of payment card security. A merchant using a PCI-listed P2PE solution will benefit from improved security, reduced risk of a credit card data breach, simplified PCI compliance, and eligibility to use the SAQ P2PE.
OPI is the standard payments interface for all current Oracle Hospitality products. An OPI validated solution provides a consistent, stable and supported payment experience across MICROS products. Eigen integrates to OPI on all Simphony systems (First Edition, Standard and Premier) and RES 3700, and has existing integrations for 9700 and e7 systems.
