Mr. Tedeschi's addition to Constellation's Advisory Board will bring a wealth of experience gained over his nearly 40 year career in the financial services industry.
Mr. Tedeschi is a highly-regarded executive with decades of strategic, financial, regulatory, operational and business advisory experience. Over his career he worked with private equity firms, hedge funds, investment advisors, endowments, foundations, family offices, and prime brokers, as well as other financial institutions as an operator, adviser, consultant and member of executive management. His experience includes Advisory Partner for KPMG Alternative Asset Group, Chief Operating Officer for Genesis Merchant Group, Founder and CEO of HC Associates and Senior Vice President for Morgan Stanley, among others.
