Global Power Provides Expected Timing for Filing 2016 Financial Results

IRVING, Texas--()--Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (OTC:GLPW) (“Global Power” or the “Company”) announced today that it expects to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2016 by the end of June 2017. The Company’s financial statements for 2016 are in the process of being finalized and audited.

The Company plans to host a teleconference/webcast following the filing of its 2016 financial results. An announcement regarding the details of the conference call will be made prior to the filing of the Form 10-K and the publishing of the related news release.
