ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rob Frohwein, CEO and co-founder Kabbage, will deliver the keynote at the 13th IP Hot Topics Luncheon at Georgia State University College of Law at noon Wednesday, May 10, at the Knowles Conference Center, 85 Park Place NE, Atlanta.
