BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eQHealth Solutions, a leader in population health management solutions, announced Cynthia Yannias has joined the eQHealth team as the State Director, Illinois, Government Operations. As part of eQHealth’s partnership with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HSF), Yannias will lead the program to improve healthcare access and outcomes for Medicaid members while delivering sound stewardship of the state’s financial resources.
Cynthia brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic and operational planning, healthcare administration, managed care in both the public and private sectors as well as domestically and internationally. Most recently, Cynthia was the Executive Director of the Better Health Network, serving nearly 40,000 members, where she oversaw the successful development of the health plan and later managed the sale of the business to Molina Healthcare of Illinois.
